Let me say that your service is just great. Whether it is by mail, email or phone. Long may it continue. Thanks for advising me about the delivery. You may need to know that I am no expert. I bought a T James sax following it being given to me as a present after a 3 month hiring. So, although I have ordered a 6 I don't really know what it means other than it is mid range, so if you think another is better then send it. I just know that in the early days with the student mouthpiece, I knew no better. But after 3 months of practice I realise how key the mouthpiece is to technique and that I need something different. I played a violin as an 11 year old. Got fed up and never went musical until now. I'm 50 years old and I can't put the sax down!

Just thought I'd let you know that I followed your advice and wow! It seemed quite expensive but, as you say, definitely worth it. It sounds a world better and I can control things a lot  more. My family are all commenting on how "jazzy" I now sound. Definitely cheaper than buying a better sax, but now I'm having so much fun I want to get a tenor too! Well, maybe next Xmas. So, please stop helping people, it's causing no end of problems. Cheers, Gary Bennett

Hello to everyone at saxophones.co.uk, I would just like to say a big thank you for your quick and excellent delivery of my 2 sets of Otto Link 5 Ebonite Mouthpiece with ligature, reeds and Mouthpiece patches. These sets are great and I have just realized how much my playing the saxophone has just taken a great leap forward compared to the original mouthpiece which was provided with the sax when I bought it. This set up should be standard with all saxophones when bought. I would recommend it to all beginners who think that there playing is not progressing. This little package will put so much more confidence in their playing and get instant results. Once again, thank you so much for your service. I will be back for more. Best regards Richard King

Hi, I never write to companies to applaud them - if I've paid for something I expect it to do what it says on the tin - but I have to say your recommendation was spot on!  I phoned an order in at 13:20 yesterday and the mouthpiece arrived at 07:20 this morning!  I've just given it a good workout - first impression was good, even better when I put the lig on the right way round (duh), and when I put my Rovner Dark lig on, it just took off. Sounds great, intonation superb, easy to play in all registers and hardly any fatigue. Really flatters the sax and my playing - so much closer to the sound in my head that I am kicking myself for not changing before.  The best £85 I've spent in ages! So, thanks a million! Very best regards, Steve

I'm delighted to say that I have received my new mouthpiece. I've played my sax for a few hours this evening and had a lesson with my tutor. It is an absolute joy to play and I'm finding that throughout the whole range its much easier to get the sound that I want. My tutor was also very impressed and thought it a great mouthpiece - in fact he is seriously thinking of buying one himself!! Regards, Jon

Received goods ordered on Monday (which was a Bank Holiday) at 9-30 am this morning Wednesday. Thank you for your very fast service. My son is delighted with new Otto Link mouthpiece and Rovner ligature. He has been playing sax all afternoon and can hardly believe it is same sax he is playing.
Thank you for your helpful advice in recommending these. You may use this E-mail in your advertising if you wish. Best Regards Ronald Hill (Mr)

Just to say thanks for recommending the Otto Link, have been playing  it for the last week or so and what a difference it makes. My sax now sounds like a sax - if that makes any sense!! Thanks again for your help. Regards Richard Adler
