"For years Jupiter have made robust, value for money student instruments. This is one of their relatively recent ventures into pro quality equipment. If Jupiter are to be taken seriously by more advanced players, this is a very good start. The 989 is great horn for anyone who wants a professional instrument at a reasonable price. The basic construction is very solid and the sax's tone is full, warm and somewhat husky.There's a lot of attention to detail here- well crafted engraving and the case is excellent.
