 Returns PolicyReturns Policy EEC based mail order customers have a 7 working day cooling off period from receipt of goods during which they have the right to cancel and then return for a refund. In the case of a saxophone being returned we will offer an in-store credit note minus initial carrage costs. This does not apply to custom order goods. Where there are hygiene issues such as mouthpieces & reeds they have tamper proof seals so the right of cancellation only applies where the seal has not been broken. The goods must be returned safely at the customer's cost, preferably with their original packaging, in brand new unused condition. We recommend that any returns are made by using a national courier service and fully insured in case of loss or damage. |
